Notice To All Members
There will be 2 tables set up at the back of the Club for POSC Members to sell/trade items prior to every meeting. The Club receives no profit from this. The item description is endless, all a member has to do is put a price on it.
SCAM ALERT
There has been an increase in fraudulent activity around many Canadian outdoors, sporting and gun clubs. If you receive a text message or email by anyone claiming to be from the POSC, that is asking for money or gift cards, do not respond. The POSC will not contact members by text message or email asking for money or donations.
In some cases these are calls simply looking for information, such as the location of any stored firearms. This information is used to target vulnerable individuals and clubs. If you receive a call from anyone claiming to be a law enforcement officer asking about the location of stored firearms, please discontinue the call and contact the RCMP Firearms Program at 1-800-731-4000 immediately.
